cisco jabber showing Failed to exchange server error

Hi,

In jabber, under outlook we are getting "Failed to connect to exchange server".

No idea what are the configuration for this.

You're probably saving chat to Exchange, you would need to look at the configuration and authentication.

I believe the servers, or autodiscovery, and authentication parameters are in the Jabber configuration. Either an XML file the client is using for configuration, or a UC Service that's been defined on the system.
