I recently implemented a Single Sign On feature in our office. We have On Premises deployment for Cisco Jabber. Everything works great, apart from the fact that when a user shuts down his PC and starts it again the next day morning the Windows Jabber cannot authenticate directly and pops up the attached error(The Message in image is in German). But when the user clicks on the Login button again, SSO works fine.
In short, the Jabber is trying to authenticate before the PC/Laptop gets the network connection. This is why it is failing. Is there any authentication/retries timer value that can be set in Jabber config file or service parameters which can help to resolve this issue. It would be great.
