I cant see the text messages on jabber 11.8

Hi community , a have a problema with the new versión of jabber (11.8), when the users used the software they told me, they had a problema to see the messages on jabber, but the other person told me, he see it without a problem. This behavior is a bug for this versión?.

Check to see what version or IE your users are running. I have this issue with people running IE8, here is the link for reference.
