Cisco Jabber TImeout

Hi, 

I cannot connect to cisco Jabber via VPN, but I can connect cisco jabber from my internal network. Why I can't access 6970 port via VPN? I have allowed all traffic from firewall.

I can see this message from jabber log,

"[csf.ecc] [csf::ecc::TftpHelperData::doRetrieveFile] - Received error: eTimedOut downloading file using HTTP from 'http://172.16.24.3:6970/CTLSEPCSFdilip.tlv', retrying over TFTP"

This is something you should work out with your VPN/Security team to make sure that the proper routing is in place, and also they're allowing all the necessary ports for Jabber.
