Hello Everyone,
I have a customer that get al lot of message in his DC from CUCM about users the attempts to connect with wrong password ( a lot of message all of the day).
after i check the logs i understand that after user need to change his password, Cisco jabber still try to connect with the old password and flooding is Domain Controller with message about it.
there is any why to make Cisco jabber take the new password and authenticate with her?
there is any why to make jabber logout if the password is wrong?
I found in Cisco jabber parameters reference guide some parameter that may solve this problem but i'm not sure which parameter i need to user :
*LDAP_UseCredentialsFrom
*EnableADLockPreventio
Cisco jabber version : 12.9.5

Setup use of SSO in the UC systems. With that you can altogether forget user password issues when it’s changed.
