Hi,
For the Cisco Jabber Windows client, in the connection settings, I can specify either Cisco WebEx or Cisco Unified Presence the Jabber client can connect to.
In terms of WebEx, can the Cisco Jabber Windows client connect to WebEx Basic (on webex.com).
Thank you

No. You need to purchase a WebEx Messenger service (aka WebEx Connect IM) if you want to use SaaS-based IM&P.

I see, is WebEx Messenger a service you can subscribe to on WebEx.com? Or is this a dedciated server you need to deploy within your internal Cisco UC environment?
Thank you Jonathan!

It's a SaaS-model service you pay for in a per-user fashion. Alternatively you can deploy it on-premise with the Cisco Unified Presence servers (and CUCM).

Hello,
If we just want to add the meeting service and just continue to rely on cups/cucm for everything else, is it possible to use a basic account ?
Idea is just to be able to start meetings from Jabber instead of using web site (and also allows regular users to have a client without admin rights).
Regards,
