User A and User B are assigned to default cluster
Branch
2 nos' CUCM
2 no's CUP ( Branch Cluster) but publisher is from default cluster
User: User C cisco jabber registered to CUCM in Branch
User C is assigned to branch cluster
When user A is calling to User B they can see the video on call and they can share the desktop everything seem fine,

Not a lot to explain, check your CAC configuration to make sure you're allowing video calls, check your regions and locations, do they allow enough BW for video calls???

Dear Jaime,
Thanks for the reply, I have configured 784 for video bandwidth for regions and in location unlimited for video as i have plenty of bandwidth, I have not tested yet because i have configured remotely.
But i have a doubt from port blocking perspective, what is the video port used between the J4W video call, I m following the below link for jabber ports but i dont see any information for video ports, please correct me if i m wrong the video port ranges are same of RTP as per the screenshot from sip profile.
