Hi,
is it possible to find / display in Cisco MPE 2.x all scheduled meetings also the meetings which are non-public.
Via find -> public meetings I`m abel to find scheduled "public" meetings but not the non-public meetings.
Is there any why to display all the scheduled meetings (public and non-public)?

HI Michael,
Unfortunately, you cannot do this in web interface. However, you can export all the meeting for up to 2 years in the future. If you log in to the server as an Administrator, and on the web interface you browse to Administration > Maintenance > Export Information > Meeting Information, you can then specify to export information either to your screen or a file (.csv), set Include field header names = YES, and set start and end date for which you want to see the meetings, and click Create Report.
Save the file to your desktop and you can then import it to Excel for easier review.
Let me know if this helps.
