Cisco Phone 8851 crash

Hey everyone,

i have Cisco phone 8851, that crash in the middle of call.

i try to download the crash file and im not find the problem there.

there is anyone that know how to read the crash file?

For this you should involve TAC. They would be the once that can read and interpret the file.
