Hello Friends. I have problems using Cisco Spark in windows 10. Do you have any recommendation to fix it

Have you seen this page on the Cisco Spark support site?
You will find a list of known issues with Cisco Spark for Windows. If you don't see the issue you are experiencing, then I recommend you post back to this thread with more information, and we will try to help you resolve the problem.

Hi,
after I upgraded Cisco Spark today to new version, the application did not start. I have Win10 Pro. I also tried completely reinstall whole program: Cisco Spark | Cisco Spark for Windows - Known Issues
I downloaded new installation package from offical web pages.
