Cisco SX20 problem when place a call and receive a call

We have a Cisco SX20, after configuration it can receive a call, but it's disconnected when press Accept button. And we cannot place a call to other point.

Can you help us solve this problem?

what is your SX20 firmware ? do you have CUCM or VCS ?

what protocol you are using ?
