Cisco Unity Connection remove silence.

Hi Experts,

We have a voicemail to email working solution,

Issue : when user leaves voicemail with some pauses of few seconds (3-4) between the words. on the email notification (attachment) he receives there are NO PAUSES.

 

is this the Unity Connection build behaviour (please share the link where it is documented)

or

do we have any setting where we can change, like if user left a VM with Pauses between the words in email attachment also we should get the same.

When you say the email attachment, are you referring to SpeechView transcription of the voicemail?

We had configured E-mail Message Notifications, so if anyone leaves a VM to a user. then via SMTP an email with attached .wav file will be send as a notification to user configured email address.

There is NO SpeechView.
