I am trying to do a factory reset of our Cisco Webex board using the pinhole at the back, the factory reset menu will show up but when i click a factory reset failed notification will show.
I also tried doing a factory reset from technical support screen but it just hangs and does not factory reset.

If you are able to access the web GUI you can do from there or through ssh.
If that is also not helpful you can open a TAC case and get it replaced.
