With the Cisco WebEx Meetings 33.6.2.16 installed under Windows 7, the ptoneclk.exe process steadily and constantly uses CPU cycles up to 20-25% (100% of 1 core). It remains constant even when the PC is idle. This also has negative implications on battery performance for notebooks in particular, as it can prevent a CPU from stepping down to lowest possible power consumption levels.
Have someone ever looked into this one please?
