CMS Rerouting problem

Hi Guys,

 

I have a problem with rerouting in a CMS CallBridge Cluster.

The cluster consists of 4 CMS CallBridges.

There are 4 trunks (circular) from the CUCM to the CallBridges.

CallBridge Grouping is activated.

example space: Name CFB1; URI user part 400000

 

The rerouting itself works fine, but the line presentation label looks not that customer-friendly.

 

If the call goes over the first trunk to the first Callbridge (no rerouting takes place)

the label of a TC Endpoint (EX90) looks like: 400000@companyname.com

the label of a CE Endpoint (DX80) looks like: 400000@companyname.com

 

If the call goes for example the second trunk to the second Callbridge (rerouting takes place)

the label of a TC Endpoint (EX90) looks like: 400000@callbridge02.companyname.com

the label of a CE Endpoint (DX80) looks like: CFB1

 

Particularly in the CE Software of a DX80 system it looks not that customer-friendly.

It would be really cool, if it would be possible to get every time the label CFB1.

Recommend opening a case with TAC, this could be a bug where the display name doesn't appear correct, or it could be worked as expected.
