I recently set up a trunk between Expressway C and a third party gatekeeper.
I am finding that users who access the CMS through the expressway "Zone", when they try to access an active space ID, where there are other participants from Cisco world, they are redirected to different callbridges, with the result that they are as the only participants of the meeting.
Trying several times to disconnect and reconnect, they are then able to log in correctly in the callbridge actually in use.
The CMS is composed of a three-node database cluster and a four-node callbridge group with active load balancing.
How do I solve this problem?
