Scheduling is little bit tricky, because, at first, we have different platforms on-prem, and cloud supporting various Endpoints DX, C, SX, MX, IX, and CE. Secondly, we have addons for email clients outlook, MS365, google calendar. Also, we have reporting and analytics support. Finally, we have the vendor's interop support for features such as OBTP, Dual home SFB, directory, meeting invites, MS365 graph, and CVI integrations from Microsoft, Zoom, Pexip, WebEx etc.
For on premises, as of now we have Cisco TMS+XE, VQ Communications, or Synergy SKY as alternative for customers needing on-prem scheduling solution. TMS can easily handle basic scheduling, helpdesk support, firmware upgrade etc.
For cloud, we have WebEx hybrid calendar service for cloud managed devices or Edge using Hybrid Calendar Service.
Migration options to consider longer term based on your company goal and vision. whether you are staying on-prem or moving to cloud eventually.
