I get a 401 error code when I "Authorize Google Drive Access" for student collaboration. What is the fix?

Hi,

I am using the Cisco Network Academy (Canvas) portal and I want to incorporate the use of Google docs. When I launch the course and I go to Collaboration on the left hand side and then on the Next page it gives me the Option to Start a New Collaboration." with a Google Docs drop down box. I encounter the problem when I click on the "Authorize Google Drive Access"  I get an error code.  I am including two screen shots. Thanks in advance

For this you need to reach out to the support for Network Academy. This community supports Unified Communication solutions and this doesn’t fall into that category.
