Compatibility Cisco Unity Connection 11.0.1.20000-2 and Microsoft Exchange 2016

Hi, I have a client who has a CUC version 11.0.1.20000-2 and it was integrated with an Exchange 2010 server and worked properly. Now it has updated the Exchange server to 2016 but on the Cisco Unity Connection I don't have the "Exchange Server Type" Exchange 2016. Do I need to upgrade the CUC ?

I'm not an exchange expert, but I very seriously doubt it's an upgrade type issue if they're on version 11 of CUC. More than likely it has something to do with an LDAP attribute having changed between exchange 2010 and 2016. That would be, at least, where I would start looking. We would need a lot more information to be able to help troubleshoot, though.

Hi, I also saw from the guide that the CUC is compatible with Microsoft Exchange 2016. But I see this:
