Conferencing in multiple incoming calls on an 8831 phone

Hello,

How do you conference in multiple incoming calls on an 8831 conference phone? We have successfully been able to conference in 2 or more calls when we dial out from the phone and use the conf. feature. However, when I try to do the same with incoming calls, I only seem to have the option of swapping between hold and active for each call, but not conferencing them into a single call.

There should be a "conf" softkey you can assign to it - I don't recall if it has join capabilities.

There's also a bug or more than one out there for this not working reliably anyways with this model of phone just for your reference, it will sometimes display "Invalid Conference Participant" or "Invalid Participant Info" and not work. This phone may be on its way out given the lack of firmware update, bug resolution, and the 8832 model on the horizon
