Configure Jabber to automatically put in VCS/SIP Settings

I've read through the admin guide about how to do it but it's not clear enough to me. I need to configure my Jabber installer so that it will automatically put in the domain and vcs control address I need. I cannot push registry changes through a GPO because most of the installs aren't on a domain. Therefore I need the installer to do this.

I'm a bit confused on how to edit the MSI file to do so. So far I've installed Orca to try to figure it out but don't know if I'm going in the right direction.

Can anyone help me out?

Sounds like you have been reading the Jabber, not Jabber Video admin guide. Only Jabber Video (Movi) registers to VCS. You can use command line switches but the document doesn't mention ORCA.
