Connecting SX20 to CMS

Hi Everyone,

In our environment, we use Cisco video conferencing equipment in our boardrooms with Microsoft Teams. Recently, we deployed Cisco CMS, which uses CUCM to handle outgoing and incoming calls. I would like to connect two of our SX20 units, currently used with Teams, to the CMS.

Could you please advise or guide me  on the acheiving this, the requirements and licenses needed for this setup?

Generals steps:

CUCM conf8g:

Register SX20 endpoints with CUCM.

Create a SIP trunk between CUCM and CMS.

Configure Route Patterns to direct calls to CMS.

CMS config:

Add CUCM as Call Control in CMS.

Configure Spaces and SIP Domains for call routing.
