HI,
A client has recently purchased Cisco MX300 VC Trolleys and Ceiling microphones CTS-MIC-CLNG-G2.
I have an issue when the ceiling microphone is muted the VU meter appears to display signal from the ceiling microphone. When unmuted the VU meter shows the word "DISCONNECTED".
Anyone know how to fix this problem?
