CUAC Advance Upgrade 10.X to 12.X

Hello Cisco....

 

So the case is pretty simple i have 2 CUACA ver 10.X servers -- Installed on Windows Server 2008 With SQL Standard 2008

 

So Upgrading to CUACA ver 12.X .. per documentation Windows and SQL are not mentioned in the supported windows/sql list .

 

 

So my question how to upgrade , Should i upgrade the CUACA first or Winodws first ? ... What is the order ?

Operating system

●  Windows Server 2012 R2 (64-bit)
●  Windows Server 2016 (64-bit)

Windows regional settings must be set to English

Database

●  Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Express, Standard, or Enterprise
●  Microsoft SQL Server 2014 Express, Standard, or Enterprise
●  Microsoft SQL Server 2016 Express, Standard, or Enterprise

 

Might be easier to stand up new CUAC rather than upgrading Windows and SQL.

Yup i got that from the document, but i can't do it from scratch as all the operators has personal contacts saved to their accounts, so by fresh upgrading we will lose all the contacts.

I wounder why there is no upgrade document for this solution !
