CUAC CTI Ports could not register with CUCM

I am trying to install CUACA 14.0 and have CUCM 12.5. Downloaded TSP version 12.5 from CUCM and installed. While syncing CUAC with CUCM it created CTI ports on CUCM and sync report does not have any errors but those CTI ports are not registered with CUCM. Test Connection from CUAC to CUCM is success however CTI ports are not registered. Cisco CTI Manager services are restarted on CUCM still no luck. Any idea would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

 

Please do the following and let me know if it works.

  • Uninstall the OLD TSP completely and also delete the Driver Instance folder from C:\Program Files (x86)\Cisco\CTI Server\.
  •  Install the new TSPx64 from the CUCM & reboot the server.
  • If still doesnt register, create a new application username (CUAC01) with desired roles and permissions.
  • Add the CUAC01 username in TSP settings as well as in the CUCM connectivity tab in CUAC server.
  • delete the CTI ports & CTI RP manually and sync them again from CUAC.

Try and let me know if it works.
