Hello Team,
We've configured a CUC integrated with CUCM both of them versions are 12.5, when a user A call user B and user B is busy,
User A hears a message with "Hello, to leave a message press one ...etc" but he is not hearing the message "User B is not available, please leave a message after the tone"
All CUC users are imported from CUCM, the integration between CUC and CUCM is sip connection
the questions is why the caller user doesn't hear "User B is not available, please leave a message after the tone"
however there is no any change at CUC side neither CUCM

Check user's B configuration.

Is User A hearing a recording of User B's voice saying "Hello to leave a message...."? or is User A hearing Unity Connection speak those words?
The "User B is not available, please leave a message after the tone" is the default Unity Connection greeting if no greeting is recorded.
