check the release notes for jabber for android 9.1.1 they state:

Cisco Unified Communications Manager Requirements

Cisco Unified Communications Manager:

• Unified CM 7.1(5)
• Unified CM 8.0(3)
• Unified CM 8.5(1)
• Unified CM 8.6(2)
• Unified CM 9.1(1)

so yes you can install

I want to know the upgrade patch has to be uploaded on publisher and subscriber both or only on publisher.
