CUCM 9.1.x with Expressway Core and Edge

I am going crazy trying to figure this out.

 

We have Expressway E and C v. 8.7  and CUCM 9.1.x

 

We use Cisco Jabber for iPhone.

 

Works well except for international dialing.

 

I cannot get Jabber to connect an International call.

 

From what I can tell, the call is never sent to CUCM. I don't see it when I view Real Time Data via RTMT.

 

Has anyone else run into this issue?

Here is what you can try..

Do a fresh dial from jabber. Don't hit redial. Then collect jabber PRT log file and cucm log file. Send it over. 

Please include called number and time of call
