CUCM - Creating Windows CA Certificate Templates - Windows 2019

Hi

Following this article for creating UCM certificates, however using Windows 2019 vs. 2012R2.

Procedure works up until the CAPF Template section:

 

After duplicating the root CA and going into the new template, Extensions tab, the Encryption options are disabled.
 

 

Only ran into this on this step of duplicating the Root CA.  Was unable to locate an updated article for supporting Windows 2019 as the Windows CA.

Has anyone run into this? Appreciate any tips.
