CUCM-CUBE-SIP Not working Cause=32, Cause 102

Dear All,

 

I am having an issue with INCOMING CALLS from SIP PROVIDER. When i dial to an internal number, the Phone rings when i pick the call i cannot hear anything, however, the person who called hear the phone ringing (4times) and than disconnect. I have tried several configurations but unfortunately none of them worked for me. I also tried opening the case with TAC to check the issue but unfortunately the CUCM which I have is 8.6 and is not covered for support. 

 

The other issue which i am having is related to CUC AA which follows the same problem and I cannot hear the greeting message.

 

The Call Details are as follows

 

SIP -----------CUBE-----(siptrunk)------CUCM------------IP PHONE

SIP -----------CUBE-----(siptrunk)------CUCM-----(cti)-----CUC (AA)

 

I would really appreciate if someone can point me in the right direction for this problem.

Issue resolved.

 

CUCM:: Removed MRGL from the Sip Trunk, Uncheck the MTP.

CUBE: Remove the bind and early offer under Voice Service Voip.

DIAL PEER: Add voice-class sip early-offer forced.

 

Now my calls are working fine.
