Hey mates
G'day
We are upgrading a customer running CUCM Version "8.6.2.24900-17" and CUC Version "8.6.2ES69.23900-69" to Version 12.5.1 SU4
Our preferred method is to install these exact version in our Lab environment and restore a DRS extracted from the customer's environment and then upgrade in our lab.
Problem is CUCM/CUC 8 is no longer supported by Cisco and as such we arent able to source the bootable ISOs
Any way anyone could shed some light to arrange these Bootable ISO?
P.S. I am aware of other procedures to upgrade the applications, but if anyone could help with the bootable ISO's that would help
Thanks in advance

I would recommend to use PCD for your scenario. Couple of migrations from 8.X to 12.X i did few months back using PCD and it was quite easy.

CUCM can be done via PCD
CUC doesnot seem to be supported by PCD, thought to upgrade and move it to a New VM Host?
thanks

CUC cannot be migrated with PCD.for my case I did a fresh installation of CUC because it wasn’t a critical components for the client.
check with tac if they can help with the old iso.

TAC or your SE would be last resource options as 8.x has been EOL/EOS for quite some time now.
As Nithin mentions, use PCD migration for CUCM and you should be aware of COBRAS for CUC
