cucm + imp ver 12 - Jabber is not working

Hi , 

i have new setup with CUCM and IMP on ver 12 , jabber client for windows is show connection to phone service is failed , after configuring CCMIP on presence now its showing connection to multipal services is failed . jabber version is 11

Please help on this issue

The 'connection to service failed' sorts of messages that Jabber shows are not overly helpful, as you have discovered. Can you post the log file from Jabber that covers an attempt to register?
