Hello Community,
I install cups 8.5.1-10000-26 with cucm 8.5.1-11900-21. My ldap integration with cups work, i can search and find contact on jabber, send and receive text with chat but impossible to place call because call feature appears but not unavailable.
Need help

Have you created the CSF device and correctly associated it to the user/device/line??
If not, review either the CUPC/Jabber admin guides to do such task.

But my jabber/device is not registred always can see unknow/unknow from cucm. After open jabber client under window i have an icon and 2 choice
1 - use my compture for call
2 - or use my phone
After adding csf
But cant place call always.....
