It seems like, in CWMS, that the email template sends as plain text by default instead of HTML. This makes it not look as nice as an invite initiated from WebEx Meeting Center. Is there anyway to change that?

When you schedule via Web interface, notifications are generated in HTML format and sent to hosts/invitees. However, when scheduling using Productivity Tools, notifications are always in plain text format. Unfortunately, this is not a configurable option, but a hard coded setting.
If you go to Administration > Settings > Email > Templates, and click on any PT template, you will see the note : "This email message is plain text only. An HTML version is not available."

I see what you're saying. I thought the "PT" in the name was "Plain Text" but is "Productivity Tools". Thanks for the info!
