Is there a way to restrict access to CWMS recordings? Currently anyone with an Internet connection can view recordings stored on the HA IRP proxy setup. We would prefer if only internal users are able to view the recordings.

Hi,
There is a global setting under CWMS Administration > Settings > Meetings > Participant Privileges > Restrict the viewing and downloading of recordings to signed-in users.
This is the only type of recording access restriction that exists on CWMS.
