I have created a license request for a new CWMS 2.6 deployment through the PLM tool. I have created the licence with the PAK and signing request and downloaded the license file. I have extracted the zip file so that I have the .bin file. I choose to fulfill from file.I repeatedly receive the message failed to upload file. Has anyone come across this issue.

What version of CWMS are you running?
What is the License type you purchased?

Hi Dejan,
Thanks for reaching out to me on this. Re-downloaded the licence file today on site and apllied and all working. Using a different machine today. So may be some java issue or something.
