CWMS 2.8 video call from video phone

Hello.. Since i am running CWMS 2.8 server so is it possible to do initiate or join video webex meeting from video IP phones, i can do only audio call by dialing call-in number. Please suggest.

the call into webex, even with a video phone is audio only. for multiparty video conferencing you would need something like an MCU. which would have extremely limited content sharing capabilities

Hi Dennis... but when i join meeting from video phone by dialing call-in number, i can only hear audio, no video is there. Please suggest if there any configuration is required to achieve this.

sorry yes, the call in component is audio only. if you requiere multiparty video you would need a telepresence server and conductor

Hello,

CWMS doesn't support Video end points
You may be able to dial in as audio only device.
With CWMS, only video supported is webcam video of a web participant.
