CWMS Convert users to local on CWMS instead of ldap

I have a CUCM cluster that broke my ldap to my premise based CWMS and I've got 150 LDAP users on there.  Is it possible to convert those users into local users?  My version is 3.0.1.27.  People need to get in to do their meetings and we don't know when LDAP will be back up.  Thanks
