CWMS error code 20006 when joining ocnference

Hello community,

users with windows desktops using IE or firefox trying to join WebEx Meetings server 2.5.1.216 sporadically receive error message 'service temporarily not available - try again later. error code 20006' message.

does anyone know what this error code means?

Hi Juergen,

What is the size of your deployment? 

Do you have High Availability?

Do you have IRP?

Are the end users local or external to the network?

Can you ensure all the ESXi hosts have NTP client running and that time is in sync on the hosts?

The error code is rather generic, so I would need to know more about your deployment.
