Hi Folks, Fairly new to these guys but can you re-record the welcome greetings, I cany see any obvious menu option ot do so?

Hi Paul,
At this time, there is no supported way of customizing prompts in CWMS. I am sure there would be a way to replace the wav file on the system, but that requires CLI access to the system which is restricted to Cisco Advanced Services and TAC.
This might be available in the future versions, but at this time I am not aware of any such initiative being raised with Product Management. If this is something really important to your customer, you can talk to Cisco Account Team to file an enhancement request for evaluation by Product Management.
