CWMS Post-deploymnet configuration question

Hello All,

I am wondering where I can find post-deployment configuration guide for Cisco Webex Meeting Server. Example: Configuration of the different  features set such as allowing attendee to join Webex Meeting even if the host has not started the meeting yet.
