CWMS Recording Play back

Hi Team,

We upgraded our CWMS server to version 2.7MR2-update 3,  6 months ago. Recently our laptops were upgraded to windows 10 and post this users are not able to play back WebEx recording by clicking the link to recorded meetings. They are getting "WebEx is not supported in Microsoft edge and use a supported browser" error while clicking the link. We tried to change Internet Explorer as the default browser but still user receives the same error. User is using IE version 11 .

Could anyone please let me know if there is anyway to solve this issue ?

This was due to a bug in the CWMS version 2.7. Work around is to use other supported browser or upgrade CWMS to version 2.8.
