CWMS - send email to all users

Hi

We would like to send email form CWMS to all users ( system maintenance ). In version 1.5 and 2000 user system I need to prepare an alias to send to all users.

There is an info " Enter a single email alias that reaches all users" - does enybody knows how this alias should look to hit all CWMS users.

Hi Marcin,

There are 2 ways to do this:

1. leave the To: field blank to send email to all users, or

2. configure an email alias (something like cwms_meet@sevent.pl) on your company's active directory server, include all users that are synchronized to CWMS to this alias, and use the alias in the To: field.
