Desk phone forwarded to external number is not working

I'm unable to forward calls from cisco phone to external number, the call is not going through.

All calls internally and internet to external are working fine and call forward from desk phone to another desk phone is working properly.

But forwarding calls from desk phone to external number is not working.

Any suggestions?
