Desktop Sharing with Jabber ver. 9.6, CUCM 9.1, IM&Presence 9.1 is not working.

Hello,

I am trying to setup desktop sharing on jabber client 9.x. However desktop sharing button is grayed out.

I enabled BFCP in SIP profile and assigned to SIP trunk and CSF device. And made Jabber to Jabber video call, however desktop sharing button showed gray.

System Info.:

CUCM 9.1.1.20000-5

IM&Presence 9.1.1.31900-1

Jabber Client: 9.2 and 9.6

Please assist me if anytingh else is required to configure.

Hello,

For CUCM 9.X you don't need to change/activate on cucm. Do you have both jabber clients registered on your computer as CSF to CUCM? Only then this will work.

It's workign now....It was just SIP security profile issue. I re-created the same and it started working..

Now i am not sure if we can control the remote desktop or just view the remote desktop. Could you please clarify this?

I have the same problem, the sip profile is the only place where the |allow presentation sharing unsing BFCP| can be configured.

Its not working for me.

Could you please inform me, what you change?
