Dial pad display always for Cisco Jabber on Windows:
Wanted to know any option to display the jabber dial pad always up instead of only after we connected a first call. Like in CIPC the dial pad is inbuilt. is anyone experienced this and know the solution, any customization required to get?. appreciate those who reply in advance.

There is no option to have that, you would need to engage your AM to submit a PER for that, along with the business case.

Not customization, Product Enhancement Request, you're basically adding your request to add/modify/remove a product behavior, with a business justification of why it should be considered.
