DisplayName Calling Phone not correct

Hello,

We have a CUCM 8.6 with some partitions where extension can be the same.

For exemple Partition 1 can have Extension 1560 and Partition 2 the same.

On Jabber, we receive a call from User1 that have extension 1560, DisplayName of the caller can be the user2 from the partition2.

Is there a way to solve this issue?

Changing the dialplan to have unique extension kn a cluster.
I had the same issue n also had approx 4 months of ongoing tac case with escalations to dev team of jabber.
Fonal solution is to have unique extension in a cluster. Jabber does this resolution either from microsoft ad (if integrated) or from cucm end users.
