Does anyone else have an issue dialing a Polycom HDX from a Spark Room 55?

Hi,

We haven recently obtained a couple of Spark Room 55, and when we try and connect to some of our legacy codecs (Polycom HDX8000) via our VCS, the Spark seems to think that content is being shared and reduces the far end camera image and shows a blank content page.

it does it on both our Spark Rooms and no setting on either side seems to help

Any ideas?

This is a known bug when interworking SIP to H323 on some Polycom devices.

Try upgrading the Spark Rooms to CE9.2.2 and make sure the Polycom is running the latest software.  It also may be worth trying to register the Polycom endpoint as SIP.

We can't run the latest Polycom firmware, but upgrading to CE9.2.2 or registering the Polycom to SIP did the trick.
