Hi Guys,
I can't add contacts from jabber using ldap ,i receive this error:
Error adding contacts CJ:1100:2
In my previous implementation of jabber when i see LDAP status on jabber is unknown,i start to search the contacts and as soon as i add one the status changes to work fine,now i can't even add the contacts.
Can some one help .

Yes,Just opened cucm end user page and tried to search by copying the last name and paste it in jabber or the first name.
And then it worked.Strange but that was the solution.

The users that you are trying to add are they in LDAP or the users are from Outlook integration?
If it is Outlook please make sure that the user that you are trying to add has an email address.
Could you recreate the issue and take a PRT (Problem Report Tool) and send me the information of the user that is logged in and the timestamp were you get the error message?
