Error Code 100203 Experienced when attempting to Join CWMS 2.5 MR1 meeting

Does anyone know what Error Code 100203 means?  What causes it?

We have seen this issue occur on iOS devices with the following conditions:

  • User has not signed into the WebEx mobile app
  • The meeting has not been started either by the Host or another Attendee

 

The issue seems to be caused due to a bug where an iOS device guest attendee cannot start the meeting, even if it is within the scheduled meeting timeframe.  Once the meeting is started, the iOS user can join.  Alternatively if the user signs into the WebEx mobile app, they can start the meeting.
